What will you discover on this trail
Praia da Tartaruga (Turtle Beach)
Our starting point is the Turtle beach (praia da Tartaruga), one of the most known and famous beaches of the peninsula because of the warmer (or less icy!) waters and indicated for children for not having waves. It is also a point for the practice of snorkeling because of the rich marine life.
Praia das Virgens (Virgens Beach)
Small and charming, displays pink sands. Framed by native vegetation in the background and coasts on the sides, it is an exclusive beach, with beautiful angles for photos.
Gruta da Tartaruga (Turtle Cave)
The crack in the rock leads to a narrow cave, being accessed by one person at a time. The entrance of light and the internal formations allow to make surprising registers.
Praia dos Amores (Amores Beach)
Amores Beach the access to the beach is made by trail, in more closed forest, starting from the Virgens beach. After a climb, the trail descends towards the sea, revealing a panoramic view of the beach and the Ugly Island, just ahead.
With about 200 meters of extension and desert, it shows clear sands and crystalline waters, being perfect for bathing and contemplation.
Praia do Canto (Canto Beach)
The endpoint is the bucolic Praia do Canto, right behind of “Rua das Pedras”. In the left corner, near the rocky coast covered by vegetation, there are beautiful greenish waters. Although it does not offer great infrastructure of tents, it attracts families with children because of the calm sea.
