Cancellations Policy

1. How do I change the date or cancel my Experience. It's possible?

Change of date or cancellation will be allowed up to 72 hours before the Tour.

The change will be made at no cost to the customer, and a voucher will be issued so that the amount paid can be used in the future.

For cancellations with a refund request, a fee of 10% of the tour price will be deducted for costs with card operators.

In case of “No Show” (no show) or notice with less than 72 hours, the total amount of the activity will be charged.

2. Reimbursement

For cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will not be refunded.

3. And in case of rain, will there be the tour?

In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the tour may undergo changes in the itinerary or will be rescheduled according to the client’s availability.

If there are no conditions for the experience to occur due to rain, all participants will be notified in advance.
