The tour starts at the access gate to the Costa do Sol State Park, in Ferradura. There, children can observe the goats and their young, the ducklings and other animals that live there.
Then, the walk begins along the easy and interpretive level trail, full of native species of flora and fauna, presented by the guide. About 20 minutes later, a pic-nic set up on the beautiful Praia dos Amores awaits children – and adults!
Small, Praia dos Amores is protected by rocks and great for bathing and playing in the sand, which gains incredible shades of pink. Not to mention that the place is perfect for watching turtles – they love to visit this little piece of paradise!
