3. What is the difference between open and private group?
Open group: anyone can participate, however the minimum number of participants for the group to leave is 2 people (maximum 10 participants).
Private group: you will have an exclusive guide for your group with no minimum number of participants.
The value varies according to the number of participants.
4. Do you offer discounts for private groups with many participants?
Yes, for groups with 6 or more participants we apply differentiated rates. Please contact us for a quote.
5. How do I change the date or cancel my Experience? Is it possible?
You will be allowed to change the date or cancel it up to 72 hours before the Tour.
The change will be made at no cost to the client, and a voucher will be issued so that the amount paid can be used in the future.
For cancellations with a refund request, a 10% fee will be discounted from the tour value for card operator costs.
In case of “No Show” or notice with less than 72 hours, the total value of the activity will be charged.
6. Reimbursement
For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance there will be no refund.
7. And in case of rain, will there be the ride?
In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the tour may change itinerary or will be rescheduled according to customer availability.
In case there are no conditions of the experience due to rain, all participants will be notified in advance.

8. May the Experiences be conducted by children or elderly?
Children and elderly are welcome! However, please contact us in advance to recommend the most suitable experiences.
9. What is the value for children?
It can be done by children from 7 years of age. We have no maximum age restriction. The value is the same for everyone. We have specific scripts for children and in these programs we have no age restriction.
10. May I take my pet?
Most of our tours take place in Conservation Units, and no pets are allowed in them.
11. In case of delay, what will be the tolerance time for leaving the tour?
We await the maximum time of 15 minutes for arrival of all participants in case of an open group. In private groups, the delay will be deducted from the maximum time of the Experience.
12. Does the guide take pictures?
Our guides take pictures of the participants and indicate the best places, but they are not professionals. We offer the optional service of professional photos and/or videos and drone images.
13. What is the best way to reach the meeting point?
The best way to get to the meeting point is using Uber’s services. If you wish a more personalized service, we offer the optional transportation service.
